Bryan Chavis is the founder of The Landlord Academy™ and author and creator of The Landlording 101 Operations Manual™, The Rental Investor's Guide™ and training material for the new Realty Designations: Certified Property Management Specialist™  and Certified Rental Investing Specialist, designation, recognized by the Florida Real Estate Commission for continuing education. Bryan developed these courses based on his experiences as an investor and property manager. He recently signed a deal with the national chain Keller Williams to be their exclusive trainer/consultant on property management.
