Application
for DREIA Membership shall in no way be considered or deemed
to be providing investment or financial advise and all applicants
agree to waive any and all claims against this organization.
In no event shall the applicant seek to hold the organization,
it's officers, or directors liable; either directly, or
as principal or agent of any other member organization.
Applicant releases any and all claims it may presently have
or may have in the future.
Memberships are not
transferable or assignable. We reserve the right to refuse
or cancel membership. If cancelled a pro-rated refund for
unused portion of membership will be returned.
While attending DREIA functions, I understand that photos
may be taken for use in marketing the association and its
activities or included in the association newsletter and/or
website. I consent to the use of my photo and likeness for
these purposes and hold harmless the organization, it's
officers and directors for any such uses.
MEMBERSHIP IS FOR ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF APPLICATION.
