Robert (Bob) Hunter, President

Robert (Bob) Hunter was one of the original founding board members and has served as club president for several years. He has been renovating and selling homes in South Florida since 1995. His experience includes single-family homes, historic homes, small income properties and multi-unit buildings. He and his wife, Yvonne, own and manage multiple units in the Liberty City area of Miami. Bob is president of RKH Investments, Inc. (www.handymanproperty.com) which specializes in supplying wholesale properties to investors. Bob is also co-owner with Jim Pamplin of Investor Funding Solutions, LLC, a licensed mortgage lender. Investor Funding Solutions specializes in private hard-money loans to real estate investors.

Jim Pamplin, Vice President

Jim spent over 10 years as chief operating officer for a leading publisher of legal and business news in South Florida. He has been the club's marketing director since 1997. Jim is principal representative and co-owner with Bob Hunter of Investor Funding Solutions, LLC, a licensed mortgage lender. Investor Funding Solutions specializes in private hard-money loans to real estate investors.

Viju Koottungal

Viju joined the club in 1998 and volunteered for many years before joining the board.
He is the principal representative of KB Financial Group, LLC (www.fixers4rehab.com, www.kbfghomes.com and www.buysellfloridahouses.com). The company specializes in selling wholesale properties to investors as well as renovating and selling homes. Before he became a full time investor, Viju worked in Higher Education IT for many years. He continues to operate a small IT consulting firm for mid-size companies.
