The Association Our
mission is simply to serve the needs of real estate
investors of all levels in their business pursuits, by creating
a dynamic and effective organization. An organization that is committed
to growth and development within a professional environment. Dade
Real Estate Investor’s goal is to become the number one investment
group in South Florida. Dade Real Estate Investors Association was formed in October of 1996, by Robert Hunter, Pat Kiehl, Jose Suarez, Dominick Napoli, Christian Cozier, Janet (Tarricone) Caso, and Lawrence Shapiro. Current board members include Jim Pamplin, Jim Finley, Yvonne Hunter, Viju Koottungal and Yvette Brown. The club was started to provide a forum where investors and vendors could network, educate one another with the help of local and national speakers. The founders also wanted members to find a nurturing and friendly atmosphere within the club. Thus was born the club motto: Learn, Earn, and Party with a Purpose. This philosophy has helped us become the largest investment club in South Florida. It was not our intent to become the biggest club, just the best club. All club profits are used to pay for our meetings, newsletter, website, annual beach party, holiday party, member benefits and general operating expenses. We hope you will join us at one of our meetings to see the difference. |
