Wow! Your flow charts show the progression of your entire Real Estate Investing System, condensed into 12 pages. I think it’s brilliant. OK. I have a degree in computer programming. For those who are not familiar to flow charts, just think of it as following a map to the pot of gold. Go here if this…..or go there (next step in flow chart) if that…You’re just following steps. Remember, especially at first, you are not doing everything at once. Thanks Chris. I think the is a great compliment to your course.

These are GREAT! I’m a “left-brain” person so proceduralized things make sense to me. I guess that’s one reason I was successful in my “job life” as a computer programmer.
BTW: We use a program called Real Prospect to manage our mailing campaigns. It’s a breeze to use and won’t let you forget to do follow up.
